Founder Laura Russell started the firm in 1988, after ten years in health and safety and labour relations roles in heavy industry, primarily steel and automotive parts manufacturing. Compclaim can take on a full file from initial claim through final appeal, or step in for a single stage such as an appeal or an audit, and bills on a fee for service or project basis rather than requiring an ongoing retainer.
