Burke and Co.'s office at 73 Simcoe Street sits in a tower built above St. Andrew's Church, a Presbyterian church completed in 1876 at the corner of King Street West and Simcoe Street. During rebuilding at the south end of the church property, the congregation acquired air rights from new buildings in the area and retained the church's first three floors in the condominium tower built above it. The building stands across from Roy Thomson Hall, near the courthouse on University Avenue where Ontario's Superior Court of Justice hears family law matters and where Burke has presented the court's mandatory information sessions for separating parents.
