Boulby Weinberg LLP is a family law firm in Toronto, led by partners Sarah Boulby and Oren Weinberg. Boulby was called to the Ontario bar in 1993, after clerking for Justice Peter Cory at the Supreme Court of Canada and serving as counsel to the Ontario Law Reform Commission. Weinberg was called to the bar in 2005 and has practiced family law exclusively since then. Boulby is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and Weinberg is a Former Governor of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and President-Elect of its Canadian Chapter, and holds a mediation accreditation from the Ontario Association for Family Mediation along with a Qualified Arbitrator designation. Lawyers Sebastian Romanutti and Stefania Perrella round out the team.

The firm handles separation and divorce, child custody and support, property division, and marriage contracts, along with more complex matters involving family trusts and business valuation. It has particular experience with multi-jurisdictional disputes, representing clients whose property or parenting arrangements cross provincial or international lines, and it works within the Canadian Network of Contact Judges protocol on cross-border custody matters. Alongside litigation, the firm offers mediation and arbitration as ways to resolve disputes outside of court. It's based at 60 St. Clair Avenue East in midtown Toronto.
