Anwari Law is a small immigration and refugee law firm with an office on the 11th floor of a building at 151 Yonge Street in downtown Toronto. Founder Yelda Anwari, a barrister and solicitor, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, articled with Grice & Associates, and was called to the Ontario Bar in September 2019. The team also includes associate lawyers Prabh Simran Kaur, licensed in both India and Ontario with an LL.M. in International Trade Law, Vaishalei Manoharan, a University of Sussex graduate with Small Claims and Superior Court litigation experience, and Ayaka Yoshinari, who studied law at Waseda University in Tokyo, earned an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall in 2020, and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2021, along with law clerk Zehra Abrar.

The practice covers refugee protection claims, permanent residence and family sponsorship applications, business immigration, citizenship matters, and criminal inadmissibility and rehabilitation, along with refusal and appeal work before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court and notarial services for immigration documents. The firm names appeals and inadmissibility matters as a particular focus and says it serves clients across Canada and internationally from its Toronto base. Yelda Anwari is listed in the Legal Aid Ontario lawyer directory, which indicates the firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates and lists fluency in English and Farsi.
