Ogang was called to the bar in Kenya in 2017 and joined the Ontario bar a year later. Ogang's legal education includes a law degree in English and French law from the University of Essex, a French legal studies diploma from the University of Strasbourg, an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London and an LSE Certificate in English Law. Ogang came to Montreal in 2005 to start a legal career, and in 2006 began the process run by the National Committee of Accreditation while working for a Toronto not-for-profit.
Teaching runs alongside the practice. At the Université de l'Ontario français, Ogang teaches business law in French to undergraduates, covering topics like business structures, contracts and governance. Earlier leadership roles include chairing the Ontario Bar Association's Women Lawyers Forum and its Young Lawyers' Division, serving as Director of Communications for the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, and chairing AJEFO's Professional Development Committee.

AngeLAW's office is at 1 King Street West, the former head office of The Dominion Bank at the corner of Yonge and King. The corner became the bank's head office in 1879, and in 1914 it put up a 12-story Beaux-Arts skyscraper here, a major work of the architects Darling and Pearson. The vault's circular door weighs over 40 tons, and before it was installed, 19 horses and 8 men pulled it up Yonge Street. A 1955 merger with the Bank of Toronto created The Toronto-Dominion Bank, though a branch kept operating at 1 King West into the 1990s. In 2006 Stanford Downey Architects added a 51-story condominium tower above the old bank, nicknamed The Sliver.
