Ricardo Alcolado Pérez founded the firm and runs it as principal. A lawyer, notary public and arbitrator, Alcolado Pérez is licensed in Cuba, Spain and Ontario, brings more than 20 years of experience, and works in both English and Spanish.
The firm has two Toronto offices, one downtown on University Avenue and one in Etobicoke on Bloor Street West. The main line is 416-601-0003, and office hours run Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
History
Alcolado Pérez earned a law degree from the University of Havana in 1999 and was working for an international law firm in Toronto from January 2006. A Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University followed in 2010, and in June 2012 Alcolado Pérez was called to the Bar of Ontario. By that year Alcolado Law was up and running with Alcolado Pérez as principal, practising from Suite 820 at 330 Bay Street. Its early work centred on corporate law and international trade and business, along with collecting debts across borders and international commercial disputes, both in court and in arbitration.

The downtown office is in Suite 2200 at 181 University Avenue, the Morningstar DBRS Tower. It's one of the two buildings that make up Adelaide Place, a Class A complex shared with 150 York Street in Toronto's financial core. The tower connects directly to the PATH, which leads to the TTC subway, the nearby Hilton, shops, restaurants and other office towers.
In Etobicoke, the firm works from Suite 1140 at 3280 Bloor Street West, the Centre Tower of Bloor Islington Place. The complex has three office towers plus two levels of shops, banks and restaurants, and there's parking both underground and on the surface.
