About Wall-Armstrong & Green

Wall-Armstrong & Green is a small law firm working out of Barrie's Allandale area. Deborah Wall-Armstrong founded the firm in 1977 and was called to the bar that same year, after a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Cesia Green joined in 2008 and became a partner in 2011, when the practice took on its current name. Over the years it has narrowed its focus to real estate, estate planning and administration, and corporate and business law, and since its lawyers are also notaries, the firm handles notarizations and commissioning too.

The firm now has three lawyers plus law clerks and support staff. Victoria Schut started at the firm as a student and has since become a partner, working in real estate, wills and estates, and corporate commercial law. Wall-Armstrong has also spent years in long term care advocacy: a committee role in the early 1990s that helped write Ontario's rules for powers of attorney, then fifteen years as the Ontario Long Term Care Association's representative on the Public Guardian and Trustee's community advisory committee. In 2013 the association recognized Wall-Armstrong with an Honourary Membership, given at that point to only 31 people in its 54 year history. Most files are billed on a flat fee basis, and the firm provides a written quote on request.
