Montgomery Law is a firm in Pembroke, Ontario, opened by Dwight Montgomery in 2015. Montgomery holds a B.A. in English from the University of Guelph, an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa, and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, and was called to the bar in 2012. Pembroke is Montgomery's hometown, and the practice was built around serving a rural community where legal services can be harder to come by. The firm moved into a larger Pembroke office and took on associate lawyers in 2023 to keep up with client demand.

The firm handles real estate purchases, sales, and refinancing, severance and minor variance applications, wills, powers of attorney, and estate work, landlord and tenant disputes under Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act, business incorporation, and small claims matters. Its real estate lawyers hold BGRS qualification for military relocations, which lets the firm handle closings for clients being posted in or out of the Pembroke area, including signings done virtually. The team also includes a real estate law clerk who trained through Algonquin College's Law Clerk Program and has worked at the firm since it opened in 2015.
