Leach & Kuehl Professional Corporation is a small firm in Pembroke, Ontario, with roots going back to 1979, when R. Bruce Leach, called to the bar that same year, opened a solo practice in the Ottawa Valley as the Law Office of R. Bruce Leach. Ian C. Kuehl, born and raised in the Ottawa Valley and a graduate of Queen's University and the University of Windsor's law school, articled with a Pembroke firm, was called to the bar in 2011, and joined Leach as an associate lawyer in 2016. In January 2017, Kuehl acquired the practice, and it was renamed Leach & Kuehl Professional Corporation. Leach left the firm in 2020; Leach & Kuehl still holds Leach's old client files, wills, and powers of attorney from that earlier period.

The firm now practises corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, wills and powers of attorney, estate administration and estate litigation, and land planning and development. Its main office is at 527 Pembroke Street East in Pembroke, and it also operates in Cobden, which it describes on its own site as the only law firm in that town, serving the Whitewater Region, Admaston/Bromley, and Laurentian Valley.
