Roshan Law is a Mississauga, Ontario law firm founded in 2010 by Malina A. Roshan, a barrister, solicitor, and member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Roshan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in criminology, political science, and French from the University of Toronto, a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, and a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, and was awarded the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Award in Legal Writing.

The firm concentrates on family law, including divorce, parenting, support, and property division, along with criminal defence and wills, powers of attorney, and notarization. Roshan has more than 15 years of experience as a family and criminal law lawyer, has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has worked as trial counsel in both family and criminal matters as well as a crown prosecutor. From its office on Tranmere Drive, Roshan Law serves clients across a wide stretch of the Greater Toronto Area, reaching as far as the Dufferin County communities of Orangeville, Mono, and Shelburne.
