Sajan Oommen Law Firm is a Mississauga general practice run by Sajan Oommen, a barrister, solicitor and notary public licensed in Ontario. Oommen was called to the bar in Ontario in July 2022, but the record in India runs much longer. It includes a B-Com from Kerala University in 1983, an LLB from Bombay University in 1987, and a license from the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa dating to October 1988. Over 35 years of practice in India, Oommen built litigation strategies for more than 1,000 cases and served, from 2014 to December 2022, as Senior Counsel for the Union of India before the Bombay High Court.

The Mississauga office covers real estate, immigration and refugee protection, family law, wills and estates, civil and criminal litigation, and administrative law matters before tribunals such as the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Oommen also served as a mediator annexed to the Family Court in Mumbai from 2010 to 2022, completed 40 hours of mediator training through the Bombay High Court in 2014, and led the Bar Association as its president from 2012 to 2018. The practice serves clients in English, Marathi, Hindi and Malayalam.
