About Malina
Malina A. Roshan founded Roshan Law in 2010 and practises family and criminal law, appearing regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice as well as before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Malina holds an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, a J.D. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor, and an Honours B.A. in Criminology, Political Science, and French from the University of Toronto, where she received the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Award in Legal Writing. She is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
