Legally Canadian is an immigration and refugee law practice founded in 2015 and based in the Airport Corporate Centre on Matheson Boulevard in Mississauga, near Toronto Pearson International Airport. Three lawyers licensed by the Law Society of Ontario work at the firm: Jenny Rokhline, Leo Rayner, and Tatiana Emanuel. The practice covers temporary residence matters such as work permits, LMIAs, study permits, and visitor visas, permanent residence through Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, and family sponsorship, corporate immigration including intra-company transfers and the Global Talent stream, and humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, and deportation defence.

Rokhline earned a JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, trained at several Toronto immigration firms, and completed a clinical placement at the Refugee Law Office before being quoted in Global News coverage of a refugee family reunification case. Rayner, also an Osgoode Hall graduate called to the Ontario bar in 2015, came to immigration law from a criminal defence background that included time at the Crown Attorney's office and at Lockyer Campbell Posner, arguing cases at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Emanuel earned a JD at the University of Toronto and worked with Downtown Legal Services' Immigration and Refugee Law Clinic during law school. The firm also publishes a library of free how-to guides and client case studies on its website.
