About Tatiana

Tatiana Emanuel completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she took part in the Downtown Legal Services Immigration and Refugee Law Clinic. Coming from a family of immigrants on both sides, she developed a passion for immigration and refugee law through that clinical experience, including preparing refugee claims and humanitarian and compassionate applications. She has landed her own husband as a permanent resident and helped her brother's in-laws obtain temporary resident permits.
