About Aftermath Law Professional Corporation

Aftermath Law is a criminal defence and family law practice in Mississauga, led by founder Dildeep Sahi, a barrister and solicitor licensed in Ontario. The firm works with clients across the Greater Toronto Area and nearby communities, and takes matters in two areas that tend to reach people at difficult moments. On the criminal side, that includes bail hearings, assault and domestic assault, impaired driving, drug and firearms charges, fraud, theft, criminal harassment, uttering threats, peace bonds, and youth criminal justice. On the family side, it includes divorce and separation, parenting time and decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, property division and equalization, marriage and cohabitation agreements, restraining orders, and urgent motions.

The firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for both criminal and family matters, and offers a free initial consultation. Consultations are available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and several of the firm's practice and service-area pages are published in Punjabi as well. Aftermath Law describes its approach as steady and practical: understanding each client's circumstances first, explaining the options and the likely consequences clearly, and preparing carefully at every stage.
