Solomon Law is a one lawyer practice based in Mississauga. It handles criminal defence, family law and divorce, immigration and refugee law, and notary services for clients across Peel Region, York Region, Dufferin County, and the wider Greater Toronto Area. The firm describes itself as a technology driven practice, and it says most of its work can be delivered remotely rather than requiring clients to visit its Mississauga office in person. On pricing, Solomon Law bills consultations and most other work at an hourly rate of $300 plus HST, though it also offers a flat fee option for some matters. (Fees as of September 2026.)

The firm is run by Solomon Ukhuegbe, who holds an LL.B., an LL.M., and a PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and the Peel Law Association. Before practising in Ontario, Ukhuegbe was a senior faculty member in the Department of Public Law at the University of Benin in Nigeria and remains a longstanding member of the Nigerian bar. Ukhuegbe now serves as an adjunct professor at American Heritage University of Southern California, directs the Supreme Court of Nigeria Project, and contributes regularly to legal periodicals including the Global Review of Constitutional Law and the International Review of Constitutional Reform.
