Neiman, Callegari was a law firm in Bolton, Ontario, in the Town of Caledon, formed on February 1, 1995. Angelo Callegari and John Srebot had opened a practice in Markham the year before, and in 1995 Callegari acquired the established Bolton firm of Neiman, Bissett and combined the two into Neiman, Callegari. From an office at 18 King Street East, Unit H3, in downtown Bolton, the firm practiced family law, real estate, civil litigation, wills and estates, construction law, municipal law, employment law, and corporate and commercial law. The firm's site posted a notice that it would close on December 31, 2025, and directed inquiries about original wills to Chandler Nicol, Barrister and Solicitor, at 23 King Street West in Bolton.

Angelo S. Callegari earned an Honours BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Toronto's Victoria College in 1979 and an MA in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario. Callegari completed a law degree at the University of Windsor Law School, with coursework at the University of Detroit Law School, graduating in 1988, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990 after articling with O'Donohue, Brown in Toronto. Callegari belonged to the Peel Law Association, the York Law Association, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, and the Caledon Chamber of Commerce, and practiced civil litigation, construction law, municipal law, commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law, employment law, and family law.

Beverly J. Morton joined the firm in February 1997 as a law clerk, assisting with litigation, family law, construction liens, and employment law matters, and completed the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario certificate program with honours in 1999. Morton earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007, articled with the firm, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2008. Morton belonged to the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, the Peel Law Association, and the Osgoode Society, and practiced real estate, wills and estates, corporate law, employment law, and family law.
