Talarico and Schwisberg Law Offices is a small law firm based in downtown Ottawa, with its office on Queen Street. The firm handles real estate, wills and estates, corporate commercial, employment, family, landlord and tenant, and insurance law. Ross Talarico, one of the firm's founding lawyers, earned a law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 1982. Talarico has practiced real estate, wills and estates, and corporate commercial law for more than 40 years. That role hasn't been limited to the office; Talarico has also served on the board of directors of the Villa Marconi Long Term Care Centre.

Sam Schwisberg was called to the Ontario bar in 1983 after earning an LLB from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws in international business law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Schwisberg practices international business, employment, and family law, and has taught at Carleton University since 2006. Schwisberg also wrote Swarm before Me, a book about the Becker v Pettkus case and its effect on Canadian family law. Gerald W. Matlashewski, also called to the Ontario bar in 1983, brings more than 35 years of experience in landlord and tenant, insurance, employment, real estate, and wills matters, including disability, critical illness, and life insurance claims. Law clerks Brooke Dowler and Rabia Naseem support the firm's real estate transactions.
