About Sam

Sam Schwisberg is a lawyer, professor, and author at Talarico and Schwisberg Law Offices. His expertise is in international business law, though he also practises employment and family law in support of small family-run businesses. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws in international business law from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the bar in 1983, and has been a law professor at Carleton University since 2006. He is the author of "Swarm before Me," which addresses women's rights and Canadian family law.
