DG Griffiths Personal Injury & Insurance Law is a solo practice run by Derek George Griffiths, based in the village of Richmond, Ontario, in the southwest part of the City of Ottawa. Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. Griffiths was a partner at the Ottawa firm Garays LLP before opening a solo practice in Richmond in 2006, after the passing of that firm's senior partner.

The firm focuses on personal injury and insurance disputes, including auto, motorcycle and boat accidents, slip and falls, long term disability claims, product liability claims and disputes with insurance companies over delayed or denied coverage. It also drafts wills and handles estate planning for clients throughout Eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Valley, from Cornwall to Kemptville to Pembroke. Griffiths offers a free, no obligation consultation in English or French, including in home visits for clients who can't get to the Richmond office, and handles most personal injury matters on a contingency basis, so clients owe no legal fee unless the case recovers something.
