About NSPC Law Firm

NSPC Law Firm is a general practice law firm based in Ottawa, Ontario, founded by lawyer Nikolay Stanchulov. Stanchulov holds a Master of International Affairs from Carleton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. The path into law followed several years in Ottawa's hospitality industry, including work as a front desk agent at Les Suites Ottawa, before Stanchulov opened the practice as a solo venture without an established client base to fall back on.

The firm handles corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, personal injury, wills and powers of attorney, family law, and immigration matters, serving clients across the Greater Ottawa area and elsewhere in Ontario. It's a small team: office administrator Pierre-Luc Losier, who brings more than a decade of client-facing hospitality administration experience, manages day-to-day operations, client communications, and the firm's IT needs alongside Stanchulov's legal practice. NSPC Law Firm describes itself as a multilingual practice, and its office occupies a suite in a small business complex off Holly Lane in Ottawa's south end.
