Jacques Robert is a real estate and wills and estates law firm based in Orleans, in Ottawa's east end. Lawyer Jacques Robert was called to the Ontario bar in 1985 and has practiced real estate law from Orleans ever since, a history the Heart of Orleans Business Improvement Area's own member directory describes as continuous since that year. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a law degree from the Universite de Moncton, and is an accredited instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association, teaching a Real Property Law course to Ontario real estate agents.

The firm's second lawyer, Gabrielle Robert, trained at the University of Surrey in the UK, completed the Internationally Trained Lawyer Pathway program at the University of Alberta, and finished the Osgoode Intensive Program in Wills and Estates at York University. Gabrielle Robert holds the Certified Executor Advisor and Trust and Estate Practitioner designations, is fluently bilingual in French and English, and sits as sponsorship chair on the board of the STEP Ottawa Branch. Between them, the two lawyers handle residential and commercial real estate closings, wills and powers of attorney, and estate administration, including help for foreign buyers navigating the Non-Resident Speculation Tax. The firm's grown from its original Orleans office to six locations across Ottawa, plus virtual appointments by Zoom.
