Nirman's Law Professional Corporation is a law firm based in downtown Ottawa, on Somerset Street West in the city's Chinatown district. The firm has practiced law in Ottawa for over twenty years, handling immigration and refugee law, real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation and notary and commissioning services. President Daljit S. Nirman has practiced law for over thirty years and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Ottawa, an LL.B. and an honors degree in physics from the University of Delhi, along with postgraduate diplomas in international law, labour law, international institutions and personnel management. Nirman belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, and serves as a Visiting Professor at the National Law University in Delhi.

The firm offers service in English, Punjabi and Hindi, with Urdu also available for immigration clients, fitting the multicultural strip around its Somerset Street office. Nirman has managed legal transactions surpassing $700 million across immigration, corporate and business matters, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals in Canada. Nirman founded the South-Asian Bar Association in Ottawa, was a foundational director of the Federation of South-Asian Lawyers in Ottawa, and was inducted into the Order of Ottawa in 2021.
