Timothy A. Brooks Professional Corporation, operating as TB Law, is a virtual law firm handling real estate and business law for clients in the Toronto and Ottawa areas. Founder Timothy Brooks holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science, cum laude, from York University, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy, both earned in 2019. Before opening the practice, Brooks worked at Tarion Warranty Corporation in the new home construction industry, handling disputes between new home buyers and builders.

The firm's clients include first time homebuyers, private mortgage lenders, business owners, partnerships, financial institutions, and investors. Real estate work covers residential and commercial closings, purchase and sale agreements, assignment agreements, preconstruction review, and both conventional and private mortgage financing, and the firm notes that clients don't need to be working with an A lender. On the business side, TB Law handles federal and provincial incorporations, start ups, restructuring, and shareholder, partnership, and joint venture agreements. Rather than a single storefront office, the practice runs on virtual meetings and mobile signings alongside in-person meetings, and consultations are free and confidential.
