About MBR Litigation

MBR Litigation is a sole practitioner civil litigation firm based in Ottawa, run by Michael Raimondo. The firm handles civil litigation, employment law, and wills and estates matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and it also drafts leases, shareholders' agreements, and other contracts, along with commissioning of oaths services. Beyond its Ottawa office, MBR Litigation serves clients in Perth, Brockville, Cornwall, and the Greater Toronto Area, and it offers a free thirty minute consultation.

Raimondo earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Ryerson University, then a law degree from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. Before founding MBR Litigation, Raimondo articled and worked as an associate at a civil litigation firm in Ottawa. The founder is licensed to appear before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
