Lamb & O'Brien Professional Corporation is a small Ottawa law firm that practises exclusively in criminal and regulatory law, representing individual, corporate, and institutional clients. Dominic Lamb and Meghan K. O'Brien co-founded the firm in 2019. The criminal side covers matters from provincial offences through indictable Criminal Code charges, Youth Criminal Justice Act cases, and drug offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. The regulatory side focuses on professional discipline and fitness to practise proceedings, particularly for health professionals, along with offences under statutes such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Competition Act.

Lamb was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and worked as a sole criminal defence practitioner before joining Michael Edelson's office in 2009. Lamb is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law and a past president of the Defence Counsel Association of Ottawa. O'Brien was also called to the Ontario bar in 2001, spending the early part of a career at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office focused on professional liability and medical defence before opening an independent practice in 2016. An LL.M. from the University of Cambridge shaped O'Brien's later move into criminal law, and O'Brien now serves as the firm's managing principal.
