Kirschbaum & Co. is a family law firm in Ottawa's downtown core, on Somerset Street West. The practice is made up of four lawyers who handle domestic contracts, separation and divorce, mediation, child protection, and high conflict litigation, including cases involving child abduction, the Hague Convention, and disputes over jurisdiction. Alexandra Kirschbaum, the firm's owner, graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 with the Honourable William G. C. Howland Award of Excellence and the Charles Edward Woodrow Award, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. The firm offers services in English and French and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal in regions across Ontario, including London/Middlesex, Ottawa, and Kenora.

Beyond the courtroom, Kirschbaum has written newspaper op-eds on family law topics for the Ottawa Citizen and the Toronto Star and discussed how the COVID-19 pandemic changed parts of the justice system in a radio interview on The Morning Rush. The firm also takes on summer and articling students each year, including through the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law's Student Proposed Internship program, and one of its current articling students is trilingual in English, French, and Arabic.
