Glen Chochla Professional Corporation is a solo employment, labour, human rights and disability law practice founded by Glen Chochla. The firm is based in the Ottawa area, with a second office in Toronto that extends its reach into the Greater Toronto Area. Chochla represents both unionized and non-union employees across Canada's federal and provincial jurisdictions and appears before courts, labour boards and tribunals in English and French. The practice serves clients in the public and private sectors, including the construction, industrial and service sectors, and it has done so for more than 25 years.

The work splits into two streams. On the individual side, the firm handles wrongful dismissal and severance, workplace harassment and discrimination, disability benefits, unsafe workplace conditions and professional discipline matters. On the union side, it helps workers organize new bargaining units, negotiate collective agreements, and pursue certification applications, unfair labour practice complaints and grievance or interest arbitration.

The firm frames its work around a line from Elie Wiesel, that wherever people endure suffering and humiliation, one should take sides. Chochla belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and the Association des juristes de l'expression française de l'Ontario.
