Court Coach LLP is a family law firm based in Ottawa's Centretown neighbourhood, with its office at 125 Somerset Street West. Founding partners Meagan LePage and Stephanie Smith built the practice around both self-represented and fully represented clients. LePage has practiced family law since 2011, including more than thirteen years of courtroom litigation, and now puts much of that experience into negotiated settlements and coaching clients who run their own cases. Smith was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and practices family law, child protection, and wills and powers of attorney. Senior associate Giulianna Ferri earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2014, was called to the bar in 2015, and joined Court Coach in 2018.

The firm's fee model follows that same self-representation focus. Clients can choose legal coaching or a limited-scope retainer, paying only for specific help such as document review or a single court appearance, or they can retain Court Coach for full representation in a divorce, custody, or support matter. Outside family law, it drafts wills and powers of attorney and offers notarization, commissioning, and statutory declaration services. Court Coach does not offer free initial consultations, telling clients on its website that a paid first meeting lets it give substantive advice from the outset. Much of its client contact happens by videoconference, with in-person meetings arranged at the office.
