The neighbourhood
The Ottawa office is at 1187 Bank Street, part of the 1181-1189 Bank Street building in Old Ottawa South. The building was recently renamed The Collective on Bank. It is an all-brick building from 1985 with approximately 60 parking spaces, some of them covered. Old Ottawa South is a small, compact neighbourhood between the Rideau Canal and the Rideau River, and many local businesses line Bank Street there, including several pubs and the Mayfair Theatre.
In Cambridge, the office is at 73 Water St N, in the Cambridge Place building in downtown Cambridge. This is historic Galt, on the edge of the Grand River. A municipal parking lot sits directly across from the building, and the Ainslie Street Transit Terminal, served by several Grand River Transit routes, is close by.
