Khatri Law Office Professional Corporation is an immigration and family law practice in Welland, Ontario, in the Niagara Region. Prateek Khatri, the firm's founder, was called to the Bar Council of Delhi and practised criminal, civil, family, and consumer protection law across India's district courts, tribunals, and the Delhi High Court. After moving to Ontario, Khatri completed a Paralegal Graduate Certificate with honours at Georgian College and completed the requirements set forth by the National Committee on Accreditation, enrolling with the Law Society of Ontario for the licensing process, then worked with established Ontario law firms and immigration consultants before opening this practice.
