Zubic Law is a real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law firm based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, with additional offices in Calgary, Alberta and Vancouver, British Columbia. Founder Anya Zubic leads the firm, which handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage refinances, condominium matters, wills, powers of attorney, probate, notarizing and commissioning, and business incorporations and contracts. Zubic studied at Osgoode Hall Law School from 2017 to 2018, graduating on the Dean's List, was called to the Ontario bar in May 2020, and later added British Columbia in 2022 and Alberta the same year, alongside a notary public appointment in Ontario dating to January 2020. Zubic also serves as treasurer of the Niagara Falls Bar Association, and an association bio points to Zubic's own roots in the city. Ontario work centers on Niagara Falls and reaches into St. Catharines and the wider Niagara Region, while the Alberta office runs out of Calgary and extends service to Airdrie and Okotoks.
