About Greenhow Law

Greenhow Law is a sole-practitioner law office in Grimsby, Ontario, run by Jeffrey Greenhow. Greenhow was called to the Ontario bar in 1977 and set up practice in Grimsby in 1986, and resides in the town with family. The office is on Main Street East, in the heart of Grimsby's historic downtown commercial corridor.

The practice concentrates on two areas: real estate law and wills, estates and trusts. On the real estate side, Greenhow Law describes its job for a buyer as making sure they get what they paid for, and for a seller as meeting their obligations to the buyer and getting paid in full. On the estate planning side, the firm walks clients through drafting a will that covers more than the distribution of property, including the choice of an executor, care for minor children, and instructions for incapacity through a living will. It also helps executors meet an estate's obligations to government, creditors and beneficiaries, and helps beneficiaries confirm they receive their proper inheritance.
