Gibson & Reitboeck LLP is a small full service law firm at 170 Central Avenue in Fort Erie, Ontario, with two lawyers and four full time staff. Managing partner Ashley Gibson grew up in Fort Erie, earned an Honours BA in political science from McMaster University in 2004, and graduated from the University of Windsor's law school in 2007 before being called to the Ontario bar in 2008. Gibson articled at Chown Cairns and then joined David Hurren's Fort Erie practice before partnering with Anthony Reitboeck in January 2020 to form Gibson & Reitboeck LLP. Reitboeck studied biology at the University of Ottawa and earned a law degree at the University of Calgary, then practiced in Eastern Ontario and at Jones, Jamieson & Redekop in Ridgeway before the two opened the firm together.

The firm handles family law, real estate, wills and estates, corporate commercial matters, and child protection work, and it takes both retained and legal aid certificate clients. Gibson focuses mainly on family law and is trained in the collaborative family law process, while Reitboeck's practice covers family and child protection matters along with corporate commercial and estates files. Both lawyers have held leadership roles in the local bar associations that serve Niagara's court system.
