Monique Rae Bennett Law Office is a sole-practitioner law firm in downtown London, Ontario, handling family law, insurance matters, estate disputes, and civil litigation. Lawyer Monique Rae Bennett grew up in Kenora, Ontario, and graduated from Beaver Brae High School as an Ontario Scholar in 1984. Bennett went on to the University of Ottawa for a Bachelor of Social Science with a double major in psychology and sociology, attended a summer program at the Universite de Cote d'Azur in Cannes, France in 1987, and then earned a law degree from the University of Windsor in 1990.

Bennett articled in Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in February 1992, with the former Law Society of Upper Canada, now the Law Society of Ontario. Bennett practiced litigation with the firm Nicholson Smith for ten years before opening an independent practice in London on October 31, 2001. Bennett has presented cases across Ontario, including before the Ontario Court of Appeal and in arbitrations, and has represented clients from other Canadian provinces and parts of the United States. Bennett is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Middlesex Family Law Association, and works with a small team that includes a senior legal assistant and a law clerk.
