Ireton Fendley Professional Corporation is a small general practice firm in Perth, Ontario, serving Lanark and Frontenac Counties. The practice traces back to 1987, when Peter C.W. Woodwark and David C. Stevens founded it as Woodwark & Stevens out of a historical home on Gore Street. It has operated continuously since, and today's partners, Mark Fendley and Katie Ireton, carry the firm forward under its current name. The lawyers handle estate planning and administration, real estate, small business and non profit law, family law, small claims matters, and criminal defence, along with representation before tribunals such as the Licensing Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal.

In 2020 the firm relocated to 2 Wilson Street West, into what's known locally as the Perkins Building, a former post war General Motors dealership with Art Deco features at the corner of Wilson and Peter Streets in downtown Perth. Partner Mark Fendley, a native of Kentucky who moved to Canada in 2012 and was called to the bar in 2013, focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and real estate matters. Partner Elizabeth Midolo works with small businesses, charities, and family and criminal law clients. The firm also directs an annual fund through the Perth & District Community Foundation and gives staff paid time to volunteer locally.
