ZSRH Litigation Lawyers LLP is a litigation firm based in Oakville, Ontario, with meeting space in Toronto and Mississauga that lets it serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area and elsewhere in the province. The firm was co-founded by Zoran Samac and Rohan R. Hate, who lead a small team alongside associate lawyers Mihail Salariu and Mahdi Al-Toum. Its work centres on personal injury litigation, insurance litigation, civil litigation, long-term disability claims, wills and estates, and real estate litigation.

Samac graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1988. Samac articled for, and then worked as a junior lawyer to, the Honourable Mr. Justice John C. Wilkins of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has since appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, defending hospitals in medical malpractice matters and representing insurers in coverage and first party disputes. Hate earned an honours BA in political science and philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2007, a JD with a High Tech Law Certificate in intellectual property from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2010, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall, before being called to the Ontario bar in 2012. Hate belongs to the South Asian Bar Association and The Advocates Society, appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on contested and prominent motions, and has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
