Percival Law Professional Corporation is the mediation and arbitration practice of Thomas H. Percival, a lawyer based in Burlington, Ontario. Percival earned a B.A. in English literature at the University of Western Ontario, then an LL.B. (J.D.) at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. Percival spent more than a quarter century in insurance defence litigation, working at Benson Percival Brown LLP, Lawson McGrenere LLP, and Smockum Zarnett Percival LLP before opening this practice, and appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the WSIB Appeals Tribunal.

Percival completed mediation training in August 2019 and added arbitration certification through the ADR Institute of Canada and the ADR Institute of Ontario in May 2025. The practice now works only as a neutral on other lawyers' files, mediating and arbitrating property and casualty insurance disputes such as auto accident benefit and bodily injury claims, product liability, coverage and priority disputes, and slip and fall matters, and Percival is qualified to umpire property damage claims under Ontario's Insurance Act. Based in Burlington, the practice serves clients across Ontario and Canada, with most sessions run over video since 2020.
