Centrepoint Law is a small litigation firm on Harvester Road in Burlington, Ontario, run by two partners, Paul Marshall and Cassandra Kirewskie. The firm's website states it has been operating for over 25 years and that the two lawyers bring a combined 50 years of legal experience. Centrepoint Law concentrates on estate law and litigation, family law, civil litigation, and expropriation matters, and represents clients before Ontario's courts as well as boards, tribunals, and commissions at the provincial and federal level. The firm serves clients in Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton.

Marshall earned a political science degree from the University of Toronto, an education degree from the University of Windsor, and a law degree from the University of Alberta before being called to the Ontario bar in 1992. Marshall also takes some personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and medical negligence claims, on a contingency basis. Kirewskie earned a law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 1995. Kirewskie's legal career began at the federal Department of Justice, working on a Charter challenge, a NAFTA dispute, and a commercial litigation case, before moving into private practice in areas that include employment, environmental, and municipal law.
