Catherine A. Haber, Barrister & Solicitor, Professional Corporation is a solo family law practice based in Burlington, Ontario. Haber earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Queen's Law School, completed a mediation course at the University of Toronto, and articled at the former firm of Justice John White in Hamilton. Courtroom experience spans the Ontario Court (Family Division), the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Family Division) and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Catherine A. Haber also served as a panel member of what is now the Office of the Children's Lawyer, offers family law mediation and arbitration services, and has been appointed to act as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice, Family Division, in Milton.
