Daniel Hall, Barrister and Solicitor is a solo family law practice with an office on Burloak Drive in Burlington, Ontario. Daniel Hall was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984 and has focused on family law, separation, and divorce ever since, a career that now runs more than four decades. The practice describes its client base as the Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton area, and the day-to-day work covers custody and access, child support, spousal support, division of property, and divorce.

Outside of client files, Daniel Hall has taught law courses at both Niagara College and Conestoga College and wrote two law textbooks used as part of the curriculum at those schools. Daniel Hall was also one of the co-authors of the family law and divorce exam questions used in the Law Society of Upper Canada's bar admission course, the licensing course new Ontario lawyers complete before they can practise. On the file side, the firm works through a range of routes before court becomes necessary, including four-way meetings with a separating couple and their lawyers, mediation, the collaborative law process, arbitration, and a parenting coordinator for ongoing custody or access issues.
