About Morina Law

Morina Law is a Burlington, Ontario law practice founded by Arnisa Morina, who came to Canada as a refugee from Kosovo in 1999. Morina earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2020, after articling in Toronto in immigration, real estate, wills and estates, and personal injury law. The firm focuses primarily on immigration and refugee law, alongside business law, wills and estates, and notary services.

Morina Law represents clients before the Refugee Protection Division and the Refugee Appeal Division, and handles pre-removal risk assessment applications, judicial reviews, family sponsorships, LMIA applications, temporary resident visas, study permits and super visas, and citizenship applications. It is on the Legal Aid Ontario roster for refugee matters and serves clients in English and Albanian. Arnisa Morina is active in the Albanian community across the Greater Toronto Area, Brantford, Hamilton and Southwestern Ontario, and has delivered remarks on behalf of the Albanian Embassy in Canada for Albania's Independence and on behalf of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kosovo in Canada for the 20th anniversary of Kosovo's liberation.
