About Mark Graham Law Office

Clients rate this firm highly on Google.

Mark Graham Law Office is a small real estate practice serving Guelph, Waterdown, and the surrounding area. Led by Mark Graham, it works almost entirely in the law of real property. The day to day work is buying, selling, and refinancing homes, and it extends to condominiums, cottages, farms, land, and commercial and investment properties. The office also closes private mortgages, working alongside brokers, lenders, and borrowers, and it can help people a conventional lender has turned down because of credit, self employment, or another reason.

Wills round out the practice. The office prepares wills and powers of attorney for both property and personal care, handles estate administration, and gives real estate clients a discount on a will package. It runs two offices, one in an early 1900s house in downtown Guelph and one in the older core of Waterdown, and it offers flexible and virtual meeting times. Clients are invited to call either office for a price quote.

The neighbourhood

The Guelph office sits on Norfolk Street, in the city's downtown, in a house built around 1912 to 1913. The building served as both the home and office of a local physician, with a smaller door, set back from the main entrance, that once opened onto the doctor's office. It was converted to a commercial office around 1983. The ten foot ceilings, narrow hardwood floors, and oversized trim have survived, and the main floor is hung with canvas reproductions of images from the Guelph Archives.

The second office is on Mill Street South, in historic Waterdown.
