About Rohr Law Professional Corporation

Rohr Law Professional Corporation is a family law firm in Oshawa, Ontario, working from an office on King Street East in the city's downtown core. The firm was founded by Rachel Rohr, who was called to the Bar of Ontario in March 2021 and has practiced exclusively in family law since starting out. Rohr Law handles divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, trust claims, and marriage and cohabitation agreements, and represents parents and guardians in child protection matters. Cases move through negotiation, mediation, or litigation depending on what a file needs, and the firm also takes on urgent matters such as emergency parenting issues and domestic violence applications.

Rohr holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor (class of 2020) and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from Queen's University (class of 2015). Before attending law school, Rohr worked for several years as a law clerk to Barry Carmichael, and later articled and summered at family law practices in Toronto. Rohr has also published on cannabis taxation and disability in the Journal of Cannabis Studies and co-authored an annotated statute on the Accessible Canada Act.
