Foden & Doucette Professional Corporation is a small firm of barristers, solicitors and notaries based in Pickering Village, the old village core of Ajax, Ontario. It's served Durham Region and the wider Greater Toronto Area for decades. The firm frames its work around three principles, integrity, service and relationships, and describes legal work as a partnership rather than a one-off transaction.

Lawyer Paul Doucette holds a B.A. (Hons.) from St. Michael's College, University of Toronto, and an LL.B. from Queen's Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1990. Doucette handles residential and commercial real estate closings (the firm says it completes hundreds of them each year), the purchase and sale of businesses and other corporate matters, and wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and estate administration. Foden & Doucette also acts on institutional mortgage transactions and is an approved firm for every institutional mortgage lender, alongside private mortgage lending and enforcement work such as power of sale and foreclosure proceedings. The firm's name comes from Doucette and William E. Foden, J.D., who has since retired.
