About Zoë

Zoë Fortin is a lawyer at Gasco Goodhue St-Germain, a member of the Quebec Bar since 2018 and a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke. Zoë Fortin began a career in civil and commercial litigation at boutique Montreal firms, then focused on real estate and commercial litigation working in-house for a major Montreal real estate developer, before joining Gasco Goodhue St-Germain in October 2025. Zoë Fortin has regularly represented clients before Quebec courts, from the Court of Québec to the Court of Appeal, handling every stage of a file from legal opinions and drafting procedures to negotiating settlements and pleading before the courts.
