About Zoe

Zoe Arghandewal is a criminal defence lawyer and partner at Zargarian Litigation in Nanaimo. She began her career in criminal law with early experience in serious matters, including multi-accused murder trials, and now represents clients across British Columbia at every stage of a case, from first appearance through trial. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, where she took part in the UBC Innocence Project and the UBC Criminal Law Clinic, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph. Her practice covers assault, sexual assault, impaired driving, drug offences, theft and fraud, and firearms charges.
