About Zachary
Zachary Berg is an associate at Bogoroch & Associates who joined the firm in 2025 after gaining experience representing insurers in matters before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and before the Superior Court of Justice. He now focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. Zach earned his J.D. at Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Western University. During law school, he worked as a research analyst at the Conflict Analytics Lab, examining the use of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution, and served as Director of the Queen's Law Movember campaign.
