About Yannick

Yannick Morin practises primarily in civil and business law. He also works as a small claims court mediator and handles class action files. Morin is an experienced litigator known for his skill at negotiating a settlement when that better serves a client's interests than proceeding to trial. He is a member of the Institut d'arbitrage et de médiation du Québec and of the International Chamber of Commerce's Canada arbitration committee.
