About Yahia

Yahia Belhaddad earned a law licence in Paris along with two master's degrees in social law and health law, then completed a certificate in law at the Université de Montréal. Since his admission to the Quebec Bar in 2019, he has practised criminal and penal law, administrative law, and aviation law, representing clients before the municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, and the courts of appeal.
